The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for effectively managing and implementing policies as they relate to produce quality, service and food safety. This person inspects produce designated for Market Fresh Produce at the grower’s packing / processing facilities to ensure standards are compliant with MFP specifications. Perform daily inspections of all fresh produce delivering to MFP customers. Ensure proper processes are followed that are consistent with PACA laws and industry standards when a rejection is necessary.
